Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late

My mom was just diagnosed with cancer that has spread throughout her body. They aren’t giving her much time.

SO, why am I telling you this on a site about HAPPYness and success?

Because I want you to take control of your life and business NOW!

Don’t wait until you find out you don’t have time. Do it now.

Why did you want to become an entrepreneur? There are certain things that are important to you.

These things are your purpose, your why. Write out everything that you want and read it every day.

Do what you need to do to create your HAPPY lifestyle and get started right now.

I would love to hear from you. Tell me your purpose and what drives you to work at your business. What is the most important thing in your life. Think about it, breathe it, feel it.

Then take the actions to design your HAPPY lifestyle.

Yours in HAPPYness,

Teri

Goals

HAPPY New Year!

I am so excited about 2009, I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am.

I have so many goals I want to achieve this year. How about you, do you have any goals? Or did you make New Years resolutions?

Whichever way you choose to approach this, goals or resolutions, you are probably filled with excitement and stress.

Here’s a quick tip to help get you started on your road to successful achievement.

Approach your goal or resolution in baby steps. Practice the art of Kaizen, which is basically small steps for continual improvement and achievement. You can celebrate the small achievements and it takes away the heaviness and stress that you feel with a big goal that you have to tackle all at once.

Remember, HAPPYness is a process and so is success.

You can and you will achieve your goals! Enjoy the process!!!

My Apologies

My sincere apologies ladies, I know it’s been a while since I last posted. My life got a bit out of balance and I had to shift some of my activities.

I recently went back to work after being on 12 weeks maternity leave. Not only that but it was a new job and a full time one at that. I’ve had to reprioritize my time and activities so I could recapture balance in my life. I think I’ve gotten everything to a comfortable routine now and hope to continue adding great information to the blog.

This just goes to show how changes in our lives can get us out of balance. The important thing to do when this happens is to take care of what’s most important first. Take it one step at a time and add things back as you figure out your time and energy.

I can honestly say I’m getting back to the swing of things and enjoying my new schedule.

Have a great 4th of July!!!!

Sincerely,

Teri
